Noble is doomed

Dave is weak, Susan is biding time, and Noble is being run by finance. Oil companies that hand over management to the number crunchers always head to the gutter. Even worse, unlike other companies I am familiar with, none of Noble's pencil pushers has a technical background.
Let's be honest. Noble blows. We all know it.
How many dry holes can Noble drill in a year? Apparently it is a lot, which reflects on a fundamental problem. Every hole won't be a winner, but Noble seems to drill loser exploration wells - a reflection on the management running the projects and the technical people working on these projects...the people who should be canned ASAP if our company wants to survive this hard time.
