Lease ending and store closures

Does anyone know how to find out when your stores lease is up. Also has anyone heard the rumors of an announcement coming for another 50-70 STORE CLOSURES

Any SM or QMT (If you can find a QMT, a lot of our jobs were just eliminated) can find it for you on any work station. They have just started contracting some of the building maintenance out to vendors and rest is up to the store staff and associates. Like the stores have the training and manpower to do building maintenance. I doubt the store closings are done for the year as someone posted. They close the stores as the leases are up based on the EBITA. The EBITA is posted in the same place as the lease date. We would have to check the EBITA for each of our stores and have it ready anytime our district manager or regional manager came for a visit or review.

Call leasing company or the landlord and inquire of any properties coming up for rent.

They've slated their closures for the year, a total of 58, spread out from Feb-July. No additional closures were scheduled.
