I quit last month and I got all my unused vacations for this year plus some extra stuffs which I don't know where it's coming from. Like the previous poster say, could be flex day or some other contribution.

it gets paid out along with any flex day money you put in and haven't used.
Guy I know just quit and he got his vacation time.
