CENTURYLINK is a dreadful place to work. Management doesn't care about the employee They lay off craft workers and other hourly employees and hire senior vps hourly employees have to work mandatory over time to make up for the incompetence of others. Unless you are on the verge of homelessness do not come to work at this company you have been warned

Couldn't agree more what an absolutely horrible place to work. Employees constantly steal your sales for no good reason other than to steal your money. My manager was a really nice guy,but did not have a clue on management or the workings of the systems.They will never have the gas to be anymore than they are and they will continue to drop Cx due to the way they manage there customers and the ridiculous prices they charge.
Centurylink is a poorly run ship with ruthless managers who care not for customers or employee's. I pray my pension is safe. They would steal it if they can.
Terrible micromanaged hellhole. Unless you wear the kneepads you are used and abused daily..
