I'm OSP myself and YES, everything is being sent overseas. I can't make it through a day without having to talk to someone in the Philippines. Sales is starting to do that as well. I worked with a business customer recently that needed additional Centurylink Products. Guess who I spoke to to get the orders sold and written? You guessed it, the Philippines.
