Makes sense for upper management to spend company money to fight the DOJ. NO takeover, then NO 7 and 8 figure parting gifts for the management elite... They would have to settle for a paltry 6 figure severance package while being shown out the door and told to get on the road kicking rocks...

Martin just emailed all staff to say they will fight the DOJ as they (Hall and BHI) disagree with the lawsuit.

This is getting to be a little bit silly now.

It's time to stop and move as it appears nobody thinks this is a good deal anymore.
