CenturyLink Not Loyal to Employees OR Customers

I have never seen a more mismanaged, micro managed company in my entire life.

The whole kit and kaboodle is run by numbers on spread sheets, it doesn't matter what those numbers represent, it only matters that it's not the number they say needs to be. On goes the beating and berating of the employees, demanding that they somehow make those unrealistic numbers or dates.

There's no one in charge who seems to have a clue what exactly it takes to get work done, they expect that all people have to do is wave a magic wand to get the cable, fiber, in the ground and it happens. "Make it so"

Internal employee groups belittle and speak down to their internal customers and it not only seems to be allowed, but encouraged.

People ARE quitting and retiring, even dying, left and right. The company has no loyalty to it's employees and that "loyalty" is returned. They changed to out dated programs to manage their cable and fiber inventories, that is impossible to use, read or maintain, a giant step back from a program that was easy to use, read and maintain. Their NDS system is junk. I don't know how this company can continue the way it is going.
