TD was jacked around from the get go. His region was changed over and over again. He was assigned far too many locations in far too many states. He is a good guy, he gets the business and he understands the students. Sad to see him leave he was one of the best.
And agree with the other poster, if he did not defend you, you probably sucked at your job.
I think TD was an exceptional leader. Those posting negative comments are disgruntled garbage or were let go for cause. If he did not stick up for you, maybe it was because you sucked at your job.

So, I guess RVPO's were supposed to "defend" everyone?!? Trust me, there were many times when they fought for people or against decisions they thought were not good for the field. Some of you don't have a clue.
Well, if he did not defend you maybe there was good cause. For those of us in Chicago he was a blessing. No need to cry for him. He will end up in a better place while you continue to post here.
It really doesn't matter anymore. By years end these 8 people will be gone. They will each be blamed for the lack of enrollment and a new chain of command will be put in place.
He is a piece of trash. Dauber never defended his people to the upper management. I give him credit that he is a smooth talker and a royal asskisser. Here's a Kleenex for you Tim.
Is it better? No. As difficult as it is to believe possible, the replacements are actually worse. And so the race to the bottom continues.
I liked him. What I know is he made time for employees and students. Also, where ever he went the business improved. Needed more of him not less.
Funny how employees like to blame JM, BB, MS, Divisional staff, RVPAs and now RVPOs. Well, they are all gone. Some have been gone for awhile. Is it better? At some point many of you will begin to realize that you should look in the mirror first. The problem is looking right at you.
Must be one of the useless employees that TD helped out the door. He had standards and expected you to earn your salary.

I liked this guy quite a bit. A RVPO that new what he was doing, was honest as he could be and cared. Funny part, he has transferrable skills unlike you.
