If its not extended BHI will sing like a turd in a well thanks to Crackerhead or Crackernuts.
It will be curious to see if HAL fights the DOJ lawsuit. My guess is they will cause surrendering would be the end of Lesar's job. Anybody think there is any chance BHI will extend the deal past 4/30 if HAL doesn't surrender?
