If you have to ask then you know you won't be getting one.

Paid the last week of April for what divisions of the corporation? WFT has bought hundreds of different companies of the years and want to know if bonuses are structured or paid out at different times across WTF.

Bonus will be paid the last week of April. Make sure you stop your 401K before then! Your manager has your amount by now. Don't let him or her trick you.

Bonuses traditionally aren't paid out until the start of the third quarter. How many managers can get sh--canned before then so they will definitely not receive a bonus?

Managers that are on the private conference call after the earnings call say they only talk about how they are stacking up against the peers and their bonus was directly tied to "making a number or percentage". When it was said how many any people are to be laid off...crickets. It is a dog eat dog world at WFT. If you were a manager that was let go in 2016, even if you qualified for your work in 2015 to receive one, they are keeping your bonus.

WFT Labs was profitable last year and still laid people off and zero bonuses awarded last year, at least below management level. A nice way to appreciate the people who work their asses off.

The managers at WFT Labs are moronic? That can not be true, they are the absolute best that WFT can bribe to stay. Soon there will be a manager for every employee.

Yes, in general managers will receive bonuses and always will. For all who don't know, WFT managers always receive bonuses and perks. If they didn't, do you really think they'd still be at WTF? That's why managers never leave. Car allowances, paid cell phones, and monetary bonuses are the norm.

Take a look around. When is the last time you've seen a manager quit or complain (except when telling YOU that you won't get a raise, promotion, or even title change)?

And the salary 'black box'? Do you really think HR has the authority to tell a manager that they can't give out a raise because the black box disagrees? That's total bull.

Please stop letting the moronic managers of WTF Labs feed you all that 'our hands are tied' garbage.

I don't really give a juicy smelly stink pickle. I have moved on and only come here for entertainment. If those who are left are getting a bonus so what.

I agree that it is not a welfare. I am a manager, met all my goals, lowered our cost etc etc. pay me or lay me off. Not too much to ask for, right? You can't sacrifice all to avoid inevitable layoffs.

I am going to hang around until this cluster f is over and job market starts improving. Then I'm gone. I know that life goes on without me and I'm not irreplaceable, but it ain't going to be easy.

Somebody thinks there is an A team. Poor guy. I guess not matching his 401, no golf or any more meals and flying coach is not a cut.

Does anyone ever stop to think about how a struggling company can keep highly desirable employees, who are in-demand and who are able to leave and go work in other industries? Do you really think that cutting their salaries is wise? To be clear, the company had better pay those folks or they will leave and replacing them is extraordinarily difficult and expensive. Saving the A-team is a wise move, for anyone who wants the big W to actually stay in business. As for workers who are trained in a matter or months or weeks, those folks are much easier to bring back when production picks up. Think about it. It's a business, not a welfare organization.

I hope all those receiving the bonus thank a worker on furlough or call up someone they laid off to see how they are doing.

They are being paid out. I heard my managers talking about it. They were upset it was going to be less than last years. Bonus will be paid out yet lay offs still happening..
