Thread regarding Noble Energy Inc. layoffs

Bad hires

Is it any wonder Noble has made bad investments? They continue to get rid of anyone who could manage wisely and keep the sugar coated yes men. Head of land knows nothing about land. Several in CBurg would be better suited to run hospitality for the Steelers or Pirates. Ball games, bull crap drinking, spitting, and good old boys sucking on the company. Well, enjoy it while you can because you and upper management are about out of goody juice. Slackers. Liars. Talk a line but no substance. Fake professionals. I'll blame you at the upcoming layoff.

You're such a good brown noser 4bhi! Noble suffers because of bad management. Noble's highly compensate senior execs failed to recognize the market cycle. For their errors they're rewarded with millions in compensation and the staff gets laid off. That's why this site exists. Management failures = layoffs = criticism of management decisions, get it?

I'll give a hell yeah to whoever said the original poster is the worst hire Noble has ever made. He/she just needs to move on. But apparently can't find another job so Noble suffers!

Definitely start at the top. The executive suite is stacked with bad hires. Unfortunately they all seem to be protected. Like the doofus they hired from BP to lead the land dept. The guy would'nt know a good Landman if life depended on it. warm wishes.
