The guilty parties at Weatherford are probably trying to figure out how to shut this site down. Posts have been disappearing that shine a light on just how sleazy WTF (especially 5200) operates.
Ask anyone at 5200 about it. It was given because some people in the XRD or TS department kept fighting and it must have had a racist tinge.
So WTFs ingenious response is a location wide training that includes every racial slur in existence with admonition not to use these words at WTF.
It's probably been deleted and I'm sure the backwards inbred animals of WTF HR and management in general will deny any knowledge of it.

Amongst other scandals is the racial slur filled training. I managed to nab a copy of the power point and anonymously forwarded it to the EEOC and a few local news networks with a complaint of racial discrimination.
