Houma has had extremely deep cuts and likely to have more. Seems like they have more work than most....why cutting so deep?

I can name only 2 or 3 managers at Houma Mnf who are good people. The others are heartless or sneaky and pulls dirty tricks. But that's ok. What goes around comes around.
