Multiple jobs are being outsourced to Serbia. Rumors of layoffs that happened in North Carolina on 3/31 due to the Serbia office replacing them. As well as budget cut emails, multiple notices of a Hiring Freeze in the US for all non-profit generating jobs, also notices of management realignment.

Was in the process of background check and hiring freeze. This company seems to make knee jerk reactions. Good thing I did not go to work for them.
Yes, many US workers were laid off and their jobs replaced by employees based out of Serbia. Some US employees that had been working for the company for many years were laid off without a single days notice. Would not recommend this company to any of my colleagues.
Layoffs occurred last week and are happening this Friday as well, July 15th 2016. All have been training their replacements.
