All eleven current stockholder lawsuits mention the aggressive recruiting that University of Phoenix used, on military posts, which were against MOUs and President Obama's Executive Order 13607. The various schemes against military personnel and veterans involved the US Chamber of Commerce as well as the American Legion. The cases argue that Apollo Group did not let their stockholders know of actions they were taking that would jeopardize the share price. When most of this information of the scheme was exposed by Aaron Glantz, the sh*t hit the fan. The truth is, a few courageous employees couldn't take the fact that UoPX was deliberately misleading and deceiving vets, which was clearly against federal policies that William Pepicello and others agreed to.
