Everyone knows oil is an up and down business for God's sake captain obvious. Weatherford is so bad because they've been raping themselves by holding onto employees and managers that don't care at all about the company, only keeping their mentally inferior friends employed.
The fact of the matter is when things go back up in the industry, nobody will want to work at Weatherford. Everyone trapped in the loop of I'm only at Weatherford because the industry sucks will move on. Then all the dumbass managers and supervisors with teams of 2 people will be royally screwed with only themselves to manage.
