This new post seems to be aimed at HAL shareholders and asking them to consider pulling the plug on the deal due to unlikelihood it will ever get regulatory approvals. That indicates to me the author believes HAL's Board is incapable and/or unwilling of making that decision. Aren't annual shareholders meetings usually in the Spring?
