Does anyone know how high the decisions were made to violate the Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) for military posts? It seems to me that decisions like this had to be made at the top of the Military Division, if not higher. @lets be honest, so what's your point? That it's ok for University of Phoenix to violate federal policies because you think the victims are less than you? How far does this sick mentality go up the chain?
alot of them ended up in the army cause they didnt have the grades and test scores to get into a real college
...the Apollo marketing team and the legal department also knew. All marketing, including the coins and PowerPoint presentations, had to be approved through both departments prior to distribution.
...and all the way up to Jerrad Tausz knew about the deceptive recruiting. Bibbee is the person who demanded that Garland and his team adopt the illegal practices or face termination.
