But you don't understand it wasn't eddies fault. It was the economy, the government, Amazon, Tesla, Uber the weather or maybe it was aliens (it is always aliens). Everyone is against Eddie and Sears. No one wants a quality product at a fair price. No one wants clean, updated (something in this century) stores or computers, no one wants customer service and support after a sale.
What people want is to be hassled to sign up for SYW or a credit card, what people want is to shop at a store that is stuck in the 1970's, what people want is to wait in long lines because of antique computer systems, what people want is stores that are short staffed so they can't get any help or have questions answered, what people want is to buy a service plan and have to fight to get something fixed, what people want is to have a refund coming to them and have to wait or fight for months to get it done. I'm tired of typing about what Sears knows people want and if all of you would just quit complaining and take what Sears knows
what is good for you we will be a profitable company with satisfied employees and customers.
