i think the op is trying to gauge how many of us are shifting our skills to aws - and, btw, having aws skills does not imply you will work for amazon - the platform is a de facto standard (or a leading cloud standard) in the large enterprise space, and any technologist ignoring it (regardless of what and where you work) is just foolishly shortsighted.
i am about to retire in 2017, so i have no horse in this race... yet, as an industry veteran i've seen many technological shifts that took place over last 40 years - i'd strongly encourage you to at least get some basic skills in the space.
So all of us are going to work for Amazon? Still a stupid post and not related to NetApp.
