this good hard working girl who worked and got to work on time. filled out goffer orders GOT FIRED TODAY no reason given. Just they are letting full timers go since they did away with electronics and was a lead. No other job offer at the store..... just let go. :(

Where I am some people who worked really hard and cared to do the best job they could were let go while the loafers, do-nothings and a**-kissers remained.

Welcome to Sears. IT is just beginning. In our store we had six people offered full time positions or lead postions. Three weeks later they eliminated the positions and some were offered to come back at minimum wage. Many of these people had worked for the company for years.
Dishonest way to cut payroll and get rid of long time employees.
they did the same to me . was electronics lead. 3 weeks later I took a pt position because I had no choice. they also reduced my pay.
