Thread regarding Noble Energy Inc. layoffs

Encana just seems to be much more professional about it. Noble loves to keep people on their toes and living in fear.

There are some very reliable rumors now that the Denver office will be closed. Offering transfers to a select few. The rest will be laid-off.

Some of the favored ones have been told that the next round of cuts will be coming to the Denver office and Greeley field on the Ides. Apropos.

Noble is not the sane as I started 10 years ago. Things had changed drastically. These days in order to keep your employment, either you have to be one of upper management’s boys/girls or Latinos graduated from OU. It is so sad that most of our fellow American Citizens are out of job while Noble hires Latinos and spend a lot of money to apply residency for them. Shame on upper management!

Most companies are much more professional than Noble. Not just in handling job cuts but in every other way also. I work for a competitor and Noble is amateurish in most everything they do.

I am truly a happier person not working for this company anymore . I used to be a proud Noble employee but that one away about 2 1/2 years ago . I am so much happier now .

This version of Noble Energy is soooo far removed from the Noble I went to work for in 2008. The 2008 Noble cared about its people. This version could care less. It's all about management and their bonuses and stock options.
