Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

What kind of proof might be needed to force HR to take steps against incompetent and cuntsucker manager at Singapore Technology.

Yeah if you are reading it, its you who doesn't know shit abt completions and somehow manages 3 teams VLH, swell and C&I. The only task you do is setup projectors or any other admin issues and always trying to woo girls.

Singapore HR team are always not doing the correct things. They will not not represent staffs like us. They treat you like you owe them millions of dollars. Unless you are in their circle else nothing to talk.

Whining children, grow some balls. If you don't like your job quit, someone else would be happy to have it.

Judging by this thread, it looks like a lot of people in the Singapore Technology office have an idea of the incompetence of this guy. Still, don't really see a violation of ethics here. Don’t try to chase the satisfaction of seeing him walked out, it won’t happen. Try to let another manager at his level or his manager know of the public sentiment towards this guy. Let them make the call on if he deserves to be there. Of course, doing so may paint a target on your back so let a middle manager you have good standing with, know about the sentiment. Or anonymously.

If that doesn't work, try another approach.

For those who are wondering, the person in question has the initials of EN.

If you are serious about taking action (and not just venting some anger here) you should have atleast 3-4 people register complaints about this person's behaviour to the ethics hotline. And yes, you can register complaints with the ethics hotline anonymously.

Furthermore, it looks like if this team lead is allowed to do this at his level, something is wrong with his boss, the Technical Manager of the facility.

Either you complain to the TAM or the ethics hotline. Doing it on thelayoff.com is of no use.

No way against that person. Just plan your future and leave. Pointless staying. Asian companies treat you with humanity and respect. Let this company go down its doomed path.

I wouldn't trust your HR Department, they will only follow management orders and will not represent you at all. Gather as much factual information as possible and get in touch with the Ethics Hotline people. They are run independently and you can retain your anonymity.
