I'm all ears to hear anything POSitive about this POS. Goodman overpromised the world and failed, why the F is his fat talentless ass still here when the real workers are all fired?
Just like Goodman, PLM is and always has been a pointless, valueless waste of people's time. Both should have been flushed long ago. No turnaround can happen with him in place.

That was my point, he should have said no, this system isn't suited to Mattel's mode of operations within D&D. More importantly, perhaps he was not bright enough/didn't know the system enough to speak up? Either way it was a & continues to be a travesty.............. Lay off the people who actually did the work while he sits there with his capacinno & juice maker? Hasbro, where are you? We need the USS Hasbro to come rescue this sinking ship. Just trying to keep this site honest and relevant...the PLM blunder and cost ($70 MM +) was beyond Goodman's pay grade. It was a great example of a company (Oracle) leading the blind, from the highest levels of Mattel's SENIOR mgmt. (the cheese people). We were sold a BILL OF GOODS on so many levels. And to boot the $$$$ didn't even cover the costing modules. We had to shoehorn this capability into place (more $$$$). Goodman's FAILURE, on this issue, was in not advising TOP mgmt. of how unsuited Mattel was for this type of system along with informing them that ES D&D's culture would never be able exercise the discipline required. It's called rolling over to save your ass and as you can see...it worked for him.
PLM 2.0 = FDTF
It won't make a bit of difference if he goes unless all his underlings go as well. The PLM system itself also needs to go as well or it won't make a bit of difference here. Unfortunately this won't happen unless Hasbro buys us. Until then it's business as usual aka SNAFU. Just wait until Q1 results/numbers come out which historically for MattHell are always the lowest, perhaps that's what Hasbro waiting for? It's a poker game.
