Since it states it in the separation papers, if those of us laid off didn't get prorated VCIP, we would be visiting the courthouse in mass. COP knows better than that ;)

Yup I confirmed with HR that as a laid off employee I get my VCIP. You can call them tomorrow to know a concrete number and the check goes in the mail on Friday.

I'm assuming the check will be mailed as I think they said direct deposit is only kept in the system for 90 days.
