The email last year said if the takeover was not complete by end of year then the bonus would be paid in March. The amount stated was 4% of your annual pay.
Information pertaining to your 2015 bonus payout will be communicated at the end of February 2016.

What makes up the ICP bonus? Stock performance = 0. Field margins = 0. Company profit = 0, Individual performance 10%, So do not expect much. If anything. Just be lucky you get a paycheck every other week.
