Not good HR practice to cut late in the week. Investor call is Tuesday 3/1 where they've committed to sharing more specifics around capital budget cuts. Doubt they want to do that the day after actually cutting. Wait till after and employees may actually come off the rails. Chatter is already at a breaking point

Wednesday is the only day that everyone works in the field offices. So, I'm guessing it will happen on a Wednesday.
Town hall has been moved to 3/22.
Yes
Thought it was also interesting that a director and manager were taking PTO on Friday...
On a floor in Allison where a GM who would know sits the white board outside their office has PTO booked Wednesday and Thursday. Anyone else noticed anything similar?
Heard it's Thursday
They've been setting up meetings for next week called "cyber security awareness" my guess is they aren't trying to help you from someone committing fraud against you. They're probably trying to scare people to keep them from pulling data off the L drive before the big day. So when I was convinced that it was happening this week I'm not so sure anymore.
Not Tuesday with the birthday luncheon. Most likely Thursday. Also, did they cancel the Town Hall? It's no longer on the calendar.
The birthday lunch is still on the calendar for tomorrow. That would be a little awkward for Al if it was also layoff day, but who knows at this point.
