And these guys usually have an MBA. Guess those degrees don't teach them anything about how to manage & motivate people.
It would help if managers actually came to work and stayed later than 3pm...

It would help if managers knew how to actually do a review!!!! My manager was alledgedly a senior manager and didn't have a clue how to conduct a performance review.....and they'd had thousands of dollars spent on them delve loping them....what a joke!
