Pace wasnt a great place to work. Since new year things have gone downhill rapidly. I don't know anyone who thinks things have improved
How are the ex-Pace guys doing? What is your impression of working for Arris?
Much of this can be attributed to Arris' 'small man' SVP in telco who missed goals by ~50%. Not at all rocket science why he failed.

Those terms of 1 week per year have never varied in the UK, and are usually capped at a low fixed rate. It was the same story back in 2006, when the incompetent Gaydon was in charge - remember, the same fool who managed to get Pace fined many hundreds of thousands of pound. Wake up!

Yes, ARRIS got 2 weeks, PACE got 1 week per year.
Is it true that legacy ARRIS employees got better severance than legacy Pace?
There shouldn't be a Pace thread because...well...Pace is toast! Pace employees only get 1 week of severance for every year of service with 4 weeks minimum and 16 weeks maximum.
