Who are the worst managers that are still left?
Every professional earns a six figure salary ... even new grads. Hardly a differentiator. I do understand what you mean by "too long" - ConocoPhillips is not a meritocracy its a "geri"ocracy / "tenur"ocracy (apologies for my lack of english skills)
There are people that have been there far too long for sure drawing 6 figure salaries not doing 6 figure work...just saying

There are far more devious coupes than those two! Hell there is a short ,loudmouth single woman who obviously has some sort of secrets against someone of power otherwise no reasonable person would employ her she is rude, crass ,abrasive and very vindictive. . . frankly noone wants to work with her yet if you drink beer,invite yourself on trips, or babysit for even one right person its obviously enough!
