Few of the top managers, HR will let go in the next 2 weeks for bringing the contractors behind the back doors in the last 7 years and swindling many million dollars in the process. SLB's legal department has found out the scale of corruption in IT is unconscionable, it has indicted 7 personnel weren under prism for various corruption charges. The Indictments include 6 IT and one from HR. The management was puzzled with their amass of wealth in the last few years. The message from this announcement should be clear to every culpable individual who remains in the shadows, hoping to evade our investigation: You will not wait us out. You will not escape our focus,"one of the SLB's legal department memo indicated. 12 Vendors are also black listed.

Investigating the company for some incidents of corruption wont matter much. Every company has a--holes.
60% of cameron employees either directly make the company money or facilitate making the company money. Then there are those 40% who screw everything up.
IT historically has been against facilitating making the company money. They were so bad with managing computers their solution was to lock down every computer and make them all network based without any thought into the negative impact of doing this. Slowly they have been removing all the rules they implemented as they f---ed up big time.
Optimus = waste a bunch of money to make all SAP transactions take longer to waste as much company time as possible. It is so bad that jobs that used to take one person now take two just because the software is now so poorly designed.
Literally optimus = hire more people to do the same work as before.
The whole optimus thing was a complete joke.
Also, the distrubution center is a joke ran by managers that are purposely trying to put cameron out of business by making every shipment late.
Cameron stays in business by shipping equipment to our customers, right now Cameron has no ability to ship anyone anything.
I hope Schlumberger gets rid of every person in IT and every person currently running that crappy distribution center.
Hopefully they will look at the Kaizen events ! To see how much cover up and fraud has been going on. Like 5 mil. Scrap at OKC V&M in 2005 and no one was held responsible ?
We always felt strange about Optimus, Salesforce and than Anderson Mitterling sales trainings and many other training programs at all levels, the Anderson Mitterling was run by father and daughter, total waste of time, all from Norway to UAE to Singapore commented, "it's useless" Not a single positive remark.
I could name a few Directors off the top of my head. Not surprised.
