How do they determine your VCIP if you were layed off? Do they have to rank you below a 3 or....

When is vcip payments
I'm assuming you get the percentage of target awarded your BU prorated for when laid off. Rating probably has no bearing since you are no longer an employee.
Move on with your life!!! Or better yet you will be able to move on with your life by next Friday.... Sheesh people!
