Getting rid of perks is not the answer to keeping jobs. There is a fundamental issue with the core of this company. This won't be the last round of layoffs. I'd expect another one same time next year, if not later this year, because as the company is changing, they'll start getting rid of more departments, projects, and locations in order to streamline.

Come on stop scaring people. ONTAP! What's the question? WAFL! It can do anything.
The storage market is moving towards cloud, APIs, and white box solutions.
NetApp doesn't really embrace these areas. It's all very monolithic and cumbersome, which is what NetApp's loyal VARs love.
