I think it's time the rest of Hamburg's horrible management team is let go too. There are so many people who are being paid large amounts of money who know nothing about running a store that is capable of making money. You have a GM who never leaves his office and pretends he knows what is happening in the store. He also promotes family members to management spots. Then let's talk about your senior managers, useless and only have their positions because they worked at the store for 13 years but have no people skills, and only do as the GM tells them even if it makes no sense. Then let's talk about the HR manager, who comes and goes as she pleases, spends hours with her husband and baby while she is supposed to be working, and when she's not doing that she sits in her office pumping. If this type of stuff happens in all stores this is why the company is failing. All management in this company needs to be replaced!!! I guess the company would rather waste money on useless people than hire people who care and will help the company!!

And as you can see, the regional/district levels were nothing more than an added unnecessary layer of management that added no value to the success of the company just using payroll dollars to keep the buddy system going.
Burtch was the Northeast Regional manager and Fuller was the Northeast Regional Soft Lines Manager. Both were headquartered out of the Hamburg store.
