P66 is out come July into their new complex so doesn't really matter.

They will have to move out shortly after when the company is bought out.
Move-in starts around the first of April.
Hell just put everyone over here in the complex an kick P66 out. But wait, we need the P66 rent money to make up for low oil prices and to pay for our vcip!!!!!
