First time on this site and I am amazed at the amount of knowledge sharing and collaboration that is being displayed, not to mention all of the opinions and advice being offered. Nobody speaks up in the meetings or asks any of these questions on estream and the NOE sites. You people are pathetic hypocrites!

We complain all the time, dozens of surveys, nothing gets done
These things have been said in meetings and guess what...the speakers are no longer working here
Speak for yourself.
Maybe because you would get hung for opening your mouth. They want people to sit there like statues. If you speak or express your opinion you are gone. The will fire you or lay you off.
