Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

When are we starting production in Gorgon & Wheatstone?

Watson announced that Gorgon production was starting within weeks? Any idea when are we placing our product in the market?

Gorgon and Wheatstone are no more. They have been renamed Watson's Albatross I & II. Both projects are on hold until the quarter following the CNAEP ESPs. That is not a coincidence. Then we ship LNG with no fixed contract price to buyers with no obligation to keep buying. Watson and his rubber-stamp board will ride this out till the train stops and they get off with 100s of millions of shareholders money.

Can you beleive we recently signed a 10-year NON BINDING contract with two Japanese companies? That should tell you how bad things are with these two LNG projects. How can a company bank on a contract for 10 years if there's no binding contract to secure cash flow. Natural gas spot prices are low, so it may be cheaper to stick to low prices on the open market.
