VCIP rewards the BU which has higher production, which caused higher oil supplies and lower oil prices. VCIP doesn't reward the BU who makes the only money for the company.
The management forget who makes the money for the company. They are in the other side of the world. Their people works less than $30K/year, without merit increase for 2 years, and lower VCIP.
