We used to have to push attachments on everyone. Market Basket. Attachment rates. Esp. Tech. And whatever flavor of the month was in tech center. Usually some antivirus you never heard of. However we had to spend all our time doing pull lists and a tech center checklist so we couldn't actually sell. God forbid you sold something without a sales guide. Onsites. Furniture protection plans. Csat. Asat.

Sweet! Congrats to you.
I received 12 weeks severance. Worked for the competitor after. Then someone who used to work at Staples decided my store needed to close. Now I work for the government sitting at a desk watching WB Mason deliver cases of paper. I have a union and retirement now.
It is the same old shit, except more pressure and even less staff. Same old flavor of the month selling strategy. Through Christmas it was Liquid Armor screen protection, now it is back to Rewards. I hope
you got severance and are doing well now. They have now switched tactics to harassment / dirt digging. They will find fault with everything until they drive you to quit or they get you on a PIP. Saves on severance. Bottom line, same company, so same shit, more desperate and more evil.
