Instead of worrying about what you cant change, work on what you can. Asked management what your expenses are and what your profit is on an mcfd. Ask yourself what would you give up to keep employed company truck, raises, bonus, all the perks you were given because oil was at $100 and gas at $4.00 and things were going good for your company . i.e. things that don't put food on your table but its nice to get or take? You don't work for a charity you are working for a company that is for profit and if you are bringing in $28 a barrel and your spending $35 barrel its time to get every one rowing the same direction. I have gone thru layoffs before and it isn't no picnic and do not wish that on anyone. My thoughts and prayers go out to all that are in this situation.
