I think they are about to gut Dynamics AX, and it was his baby, they have been bleeding money for a decade now - that's why he's out

Unless it's another Nokia. Send in the Microsoft guy to help transition and then gut it completely. I don't think Nadella would buy Citrix if they didn't have a clear plan for revenue growth. He took a big blow cleaning up Ballmer's mess on the Nokia deal.
