Phillips 66 is trying to get further from ConocoPhillips because of fear of bankruptcy.

Why would you want to share an office with someone that divirced you, kicked you out of your home and then fell on hard times - just saying.
P66 does have people in the ConocoPhillips complex in Houston, as an example. If ConocoPhillips departs the complex P66 will also need to depart the complex. The IC building in Bartlesville is both P66 staff and COP staff, as an example. Never understood why P66 would build a data center in the IC building.
What real estate and property ties do they still have between the two companies?
