Sorry Charlie.

The deal is a dead fish in the water. And if it is ever approved. With the market being down. And what is left in place personal and well maintained equipment both of each has been run through the shredder. It will be to little to late. Halliburton will never be the same.

Baker may survive. Weatherford will go bankrupt.
