What would Kahn say?
Not true, but it should be. Also just a thought... if you have been in the business long enough - and trust me I was but now am retired - everyone knows everyone. Some play for one team then another; some live here then there; some were your boss and now your coworker. You get that small world feeling in the oil business. This is why I feel sorry for the manager that has to not just layoff one or two workers, but has to cut maybe ten or twenty. Not mush chance of one or two guys being in a position to get back at you., however ten or twenty now that is going to come back to bite you.
No layoffs at NB or OP as of 1/19/16. Maybe after 1/25/16 when the numbers are released or the month of February.
Is this true?
Congratulations you HAL fellows. Enjoy being layoff
What building?
Not really buying into this. Doesn't fit the typical Hal operandi, this being a Monday , a Monday that some would take off as a holiday - typically hr would just wait until Tuesday to do this deed. I may be wrong or I may be crazy.
Updates?
Shit. I noticed the same so I got back in my car and took off. Let me know when it blows over.
What areas are being impacted??????
Sorry to hear it. Good luck.
