Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

On-line W2

After layoff will we still be able to get our 2015 W2 online at the slimmed down version of the COP website we still have access to? My new employer posted it on 1/15/16 but nothing showing up yet at the COP site.

My last day was in November, and I am able to log on to check for W2 just fine. It isn't released yet though. They gave a date--I think maybe the 20th?

You won't be able to get it off the COP website, but if you're using TurboTax, they have an import program. You just need your employee ID # (and other identifying info - e.g., SSN, address, etc). As mentioned above they will be available 1/20/16.

W-2's will be released January 20th. If you can't receive it online, they will be mailed January 28th

I don't know if former employees will be able to get their W-2 forms online, but last year, the notice that W-2s were available didn't come out until Jan. 23. By law, company has to provide you W-2 by Jan. 31, either via mail or online.

Yes, same place as before. Workplace or whatever it's called.

I'm doubtful COP retirees will be able to get the Form W2 off the website. If I recall correctly, the W2 is accessible from the payroll site where the paycheck statements are stored. In any case, all W2 statements are required by law to be delivered on or before Jan 31. You'll get yours soon.
