They are slowly letting sales reps go for ticky tack reasons, trimming the fat without calling them layoffs and without offering severance. It's a slick ploy against reps who have been with the company for many years. In the past month I've seen 1-2 reps let go from 5 different areas. And now Kari Taylor has been asked to leave, so the writing is on the wall. Growth has stalled and sales are dwindling.

Their Sourcing division just announced more jobs to Panama. Some positions will be eliminated and employees will need to reinterview for their jobs. The morale in the Lincolnshire and Lake Forest locations couldn't be lower.
