Terrible Chevron contracts, which expose the company to schedule or supplier risks. Then having inexperienced managers to manage those contracts. Millions lost, every single project, due to poor contract writing. Our contractor companies are more talented at exposing those gaps, and capitalizing on them.
We only have (one) Big Foot, not (two) Big Feet.
EPCs. They are the devil and demise of the industry. Heaven forbid we don't dot an "I" on our freaking cover page.
