They are closing Superior, Wis. and Virginia, Minn. locations. Not sure about Ironwood, Michigan but I am pretty sure that they will cut them. End of January liquidation sales, folks will receive more severance and not sure what will happen. Superior is hit hard as they are losing a Target store too - they are sinking fast over there - it's a dump. I feel sorry for all folks who are losing jobs.

I saw a news report somewhere on Google about Ironwood, MI closing as well.
Associates currently working at Kmart or Sears should start looking for other employment opportunities. Start saving money now.
