I'd like to know why there was no PR person setup to proof read his emails before they are sent out. Telling people who work on the front line and are customer facing who are in NEED of a raise, are told, ohh sorry, even though it was announced on Iconnect that raises would apply on a certain pay period and then days before take it away. Only to try and "help" make us feel better by pissing us off telling the rest of your peasants that the higher ups are having their "daily snacks" taken away. Seriously?! And you told us that the snacks added up to more than what a handful of your employees make in a year combined!!!! Oh and you're "URGING" higher ups not to take LIMOS or have DRIVERS when traveling. This is the type of crap that piss off the people who are dealing with the angry customers coming in bc our NETWORK is garbage. We are the ones who have to deal with all of the BS. How about Call Center people who likely get yelled at or chewed out every other caller?! We get it, we could leave, and find another job. However, some of us remember working for Sprint when it was like a family. Higher ups cared or at least pretended to care about the little people. We had great benefits, had contests and things to make us happy to walk into work. Now a lot of people are here to collect a paycheck and have secretly been looking elsewhere for work. Cost cutting has become ridiculous. Some employees have to get permission to use their printer. Their printer!!!!!!!!! How about quit giving people free iPhones and changing your plans every 2 days to try and keep up. IF we worked on our network and were able to provide good consistent service, then we wouldn't really be in this mess. Or at least it wouldn't be as bad. I'm just tired of not knowing if my job will be there or not. And if not, please have the decency to let EVERYONE go before Feb 1. Let us a least take advantage of the original Severance plan.

I want to know why he keeps taking all his perks but putting the screws to employees. I also want to know why SERO had a 50% increase for laid off employees. Plan going from $40/month to $60/month is absolutely ridiculous. Will take my entire families business to straight talk at $45/month.
