For future notice, past due to panic. ConocoPhillips and the shale industry as a whole is a $1 trillion black hole. The international nature of the organization will not shield ConocoPhillips. The foreign countries will protect the foreign assets.
So did it happen, or was this yet another attempt at making people panic?
